1. Agreement to Terms

By placing a booking or using the website of Deva Disposal (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

Deva Disposal provides dumpster rental services for residential, commercial, and construction use. All rentals are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Booking & Payment

• Submitting a booking request does not guarantee a confirmed reservation. Your booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from us.
• Prices are displayed on our pricing page and are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at the time of your booking applies to your rental.
• Payment terms will be communicated at the time of confirmation. Failure to pay may result in cancellation of your rental and removal of the dumpster.
• Additional charges may apply for overweight loads, prohibited materials, or rental periods extended beyond the agreed term.

4. Delivery & Placement

• You are responsible for ensuring there is a safe, accessible location for dumpster placement on your property.
• We are not responsible for any damage to driveways, lawns, or other surfaces caused by dumpster placement unless caused by our gross negligence.
• Placement on public streets may require a permit from your local municipality. Obtaining such permits is solely your responsibility.
• We will make reasonable efforts to deliver and pick up within the agreed window. Delays due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances do not entitle you to a refund.

5. Prohibited Materials

The following materials are strictly prohibited in our dumpsters:

• Hazardous waste, chemicals, solvents, or pesticides
• Asbestos or other regulated materials
• Batteries, paint, or motor oil
• Medical or biohazardous waste
• Tires (beyond a reasonable residential quantity)
• Electronics (e-waste) unless expressly agreed in writing
• Flammable or explosive materials

If prohibited materials are found in the dumpster, you will be responsible for all additional disposal costs, fines, and penalties incurred by Deva Disposal.

6. Weight Limits & Overage

Each dumpster size has a standard weight allowance. Loads exceeding this limit are subject to overage fees based on the excess weight. You will be notified of any overage charges before they are assessed where reasonably possible.

7. Cancellations & Changes

Cancellations or changes to a confirmed booking must be made by contacting us directly. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to safety concerns, prohibited materials discovered, or other circumstances beyond our control.

8. Liability

Deva Disposal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to our services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific rental giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Deva Disposal, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your placement of prohibited materials in our dumpsters.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Deva Disposal and may not be reproduced or used without our express written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state in which Deva Disposal operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
